Max joined in September 2017 as an Apprentice CAD and Engineering Technician. He is keen to develop skills within this sector of engineering design. After studying Law, Psychology and Business Studies at A-Level, Max decided to pursue a career that would fulfill his future in the engineering industry and his passion for computers. Whilst working at LTP, Max will go on to study and achieve an Engineering Design and Draughtsperson NVQ3 and further progress on to a HNC in Civil Engineering.

He enjoys his sports and fitness outside of work and you will probably see him at the gym or football pitch if not at work.
