Ryan joined LTP Ltd in June 2006 and is an Associate within the company, based in the North West. Ryan obtained Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status in 2019 and project manages active travel, road safety and transport planning commissions across the UK, culminating in the production of detailed reports, studies and scheme designs. As a Member of the Society of Road Safety Auditors and meeting the requirements of GG 119, Ryan leads LTP’s Road Safety Audit offer for public and private sector clients and occupies the role of Team Leader/Member for all stages of Road Safety Audit at locations throughout the UK. Ryan is committed to his profession, taking an active role with the North West branch of the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) and is a Fellow of both the IHE and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT).

As a Hull exile, his days of watching Hull City are fewer and farther between but this has been replaced by watching Stalybridge Celtic who offer a more agricultural style of football!
