What you’ll do

Work at LTP provides exposure to a wide range of technical and professional activities, depending on experience and role.

Support the preparation of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans
Contribute to highway design, modelling and technical reports
Work on projects covering traffic engineering, road safety and sustainable transport
Combine technical analysis, design and clear communication
Engage with clients, local authorities and project teams

Training and development

LTP supports staff at all stages of their career, from graduates and apprentices through to experienced professionals.

This includes:

Structured support towards professional qualifications (CEng, IEng and related memberships)
Mentoring from senior staff and ongoing technical development
Opportunities to work across different project types and sectors
Increasing responsibility as experience develops

Many members of the team have progressed their careers within LTP, developing from graduate or junior roles into senior and leadership positions.
