What type of strategies can LTP help with?

Case Study

Brigg Link Road Masterplan

Masterplan to support the delivery of five housing allocation sites, with potential for around 824 new homes.

Our role

LTP developed a transport masterplan to support future development, including a review of the existing network, identification of constraints and opportunities, and assessment of potential solutions using traffic modelling.

The outcome

The masterplan provided a clear framework for delivering access to the development sites, giving the local authority and developers a defined understanding of the scale and type of highway improvements required to support future planning applications.

Are the staff working on my project suitably qualified?

Yes, we are committed to maintaining a highly skilled and professional team. All staff are members of relevant professional bodies, and many are professionally qualified and registered with the Engineering Council. You can be confident that your project will be delivered by competent and experienced professionals.

Do you cover sites across the UK, or in specific locations only?

We work on projects across the UK and have experience delivering schemes from Aberdeen to Devon. This means we are familiar with both local and national requirements.

With our office in Yorkshire (Beverley), we naturally undertake a high proportion of work across the North and Midlands. However, we regularly support projects in all regions, including London, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
