Mike joined the LTP team in October 2014, arriving from a Manchester-based transport planning consultancy. Mike’s main interests primarily focus on development planning, traffic forecasting and junction modelling. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects during his time at LTP, and, as a Principal Transport Planner, has played a key role in securing planning approval for a number of development projects. Mike studied Geography at the University of Hull and graduated in 2011. His dissertation for which he obtained a first, provided an assessment on the effectiveness of Regional Development Agencies in providing urban regeneration within UK cities. Outside of work he is a season ticket holder at Hull City AFC and enjoys playing football, badminton, running and drinking beer.
