Oliver joined LTP after graduating from Liverpool John Moores University. Having previously undertaken a year in industry placement as part of his Civil Engineering degree. Frequently working on active travel related projects, he is keen to provide better environments and facilities for cyclists.

Besides work, he is a passionate volunteer, currently volunteering as a leader at the local Explorer Scout unit and member of campsite service crew. He can be frequently found at events or camps, often directing traffic or standing in a field. Other interests include running and attempting to get a working python programme.
